Windsor woman turns $20 into $90K

The purchase of an instant ticket led to a big windfall for a Windsor woman.

Krystal Bondy-Rafael put $20 on a THE 90s instant lottery game, and scratched off the top prize of $90,000.

Bondy-Rafael recently picked up her prize at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.

She purchased her winning ticket at Campbell Variety on University Avenue West in Windsor.
