The Windsor Fire and Rescue Service says the fire broke out at 1935 Huron Church Rd. around 7pm.
Fire officials say the blaze started when welding caused a car inside the building to ignite. The fire in the vehicle then spread to the rest of the building.
One person suffered minor injuries during the incident.
Damage is pegged at $200,000.
