An Arkona teen is dead after they were found unconscious in a well.
Saturday afternoon, Middlesex County OPP, Lambton County EMS, and local fire responded to a farm on Parkhill Drive in the Municipality of North Middlesex following reports of a farming accident.
Emergency services located an unconscious 15-year-old who was transported to hospital and later pronounced deceased.
Police, along with the Ministry of Labour and the Office of the Chief Coroner (OCC), remain on the scene as the investigation continues.
