Dog owner sought after biting incident in Listowel

Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is looking for the owners of a dog involved in a biting incident in Listowel this week.

According to the Health Unit, the incident took place in the area near Livingstone Manor on Tuesday, September 2, between approximately 4:30 and 5 p.m.

A person was walking their leashed medium to large-sized dog when the incident occurred.

HPPH is looking to determine if the rabies vaccination status of the dog is up to date. The Health Unit reminds people to always obtain the contact information of the owners of an animal that is involved in an incident.
